Independent Klaviyo consultant for retention and lifecycle

I'm a former Head of CRM who works in Klaviyo hands-on. I build the retention and lifecycle programs that run after the first order. I work with teams in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

HOW IT RUNS
As Fractional Head of CRM, a Lifecycle & retention program or the AI marketing audit. All three start with a free 20-minute call.

A Klaviyo consultant who has run CRM

In a Klaviyo account, marketing automation usually starts with a welcome series and an abandoned cart. What runs after the first order decides whether customers buy again. I come to Klaviyo from the Head of CRM’s seat, the one flows report to. I was Head of CRM at IKEA Ingka Group and at Bauer Media Group.

Now I build in Klaviyo hands-on: flows, segments, campaigns, email and SMS, and the profiles and events underneath them. The receipts come from those two Head of CRM roles and from Tibber, where I built the referral program and Spark on Braze.

I bring that seat’s questions to a Klaviyo account: what should run, for whom, when it should stop, and how you’d know it worked.

What I check first in a Klaviyo account

When I open an account, these are the first things I look at, in this order:

In the 20-minute call, we start with those.

Retention on Klaviyo, after the first order

Klaviyo integrates with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, so the obvious first flows follow the checkout. The lifecycle after that is where retention lives, and it’s the part I build:

Klaviyo’s predictive analytics (predicted CLV, churn risk, expected next order date) earn a place where a flow or segment changes because of them.

Questions.

What does a Klaviyo consultant do?

A Klaviyo consultant designs and builds what runs in your Klaviyo account: the flows, segments and campaigns, and the profiles and events they depend on. I do it starting from the customer lifecycle, and the work ends with a program that is measured and sending.

Do you do a Klaviyo audit?

Not a Klaviyo-only one. This page lists the first things I check in any account; on the call we look at yours. Where Klaviyo's predictive analytics would pay off is a question for the AI marketing audit, which ends in a ranked build list.

Can you work as our Klaviyo implementation consultant?

Yes, one program at a time. Through the Lifecycle & retention program I build onboarding, retention, win-back, referral or loyalty in your Klaviyo account: flows, segments, events and measurement, to a fixed scope. When I hand it over, it's already sending.

Do you use Klaviyo's predictive analytics?

Where they earn a place. Whether predicted CLV, churn risk or expected next order date would change anything for your data is what the AI marketing audit works out.

Can you work with Klaviyo teams in Sweden, Denmark and Norway?

Yes. I work with teams across Sweden, Denmark and Norway, in English or Swedish, and Klaviyo is one of the platforms I build in.

If one flow leaks, we look at that. If it’s the whole program, we go from onboarding. You leave with what I’d fix first. — Alex

Hi,

You opened 0 of 4 receipts, looked inside 0 of 3 programs, got 0% of the way down the page and headed for the door. Leaving is why win-back emails exist, and why this one is short.

If a flow of yours leaks, reply. I’ll tell you what I’d change first.

P.S. One win-back, then silence. That’s the rule.
