Terms

LAST CHANGED

THE SHORT VERSION

  • The site is information about my services, not an offer you can accept by clicking. Work starts when we both sign a written agreement.
  • The notes on the page are written by an AI and are marketing copy. They promise nothing.
  • Swedish law applies.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Alexander Andersson, trading as andersson.consulting, Malmö, Sweden (“I”, “me”). Email: [email protected]. They cover two things: using this website, and working with me (the section “Working with me”). The services are for businesses and organisations, not for consumers.

Using the website

You may read, link to and quote the site. Don’t try to break it, overload it, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or get around the limits on notes. If you use it, you accept these terms; if you don’t accept them, please don’t.

What the site says

The site describes my background, results and programs. I keep it accurate and say where each figure comes from, but it is general information, not advice for your situation and not an offer. Descriptions of programs, deliverables and timelines are indicative until they are written into an agreement. Results from past clients depend on their business, data and market, and are no promise of what you would get.

The live profile and the notes

The site scores your visit as you move between its pages, shows you the score on the home page, and sends you messages by rule. It is a demonstration of how I design lifecycle programs, and it runs in your tab. The score is a rough model with hand-set weights; it doesn’t describe you as a person or a company, and I never see it.

Two messages are written by an AI model, Claude, from the numbers on your scoring card. A note is checked by rules before it is shown, but it is machine-written marketing copy. Don’t rely on it, and it creates no promise, offer, discount or availability from me. A note that mentions a “win-back email” shows what such an email would look like; no email is sent to you, because the page never asks for your address. How the data is handled is on the privacy page.

Ownership

The text, design, code, photographs and logo on the site belong to me or are used with permission. The names and logos of clients and employers mentioned are theirs and appear to say where I have worked, not to suggest that they endorse me or this site. You may quote short passages with a link back. Anything beyond that, ask first.

The site as is

The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from using the site or relying on its content or on a note.

The site links to other services such as LinkedIn. I don’t control them and am not responsible for them.

Working with me

A 20-minute call booked on this site is a conversation about your CRM and lifecycle program. It is free of charge and creates no obligation on either side. I treat what you show me as confidential.

Paid work is agreed in writing, by a proposal and an agreement or statement of work that we both accept, before it starts. That document sets out the scope, deliverables, timing, fees and payment terms, and what I need from you. Where it differs from these terms, it wins. Where it is silent, these terms fill the gap.

  • Confidentiality. What either side tells the other in confidence about its business, customers, data and plans stays confidential, during the work and after it, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Personal data. If I handle your customers’ personal data, I do it on your instructions under a data processing agreement, and not before one is in place.
  • Your material. Your data, content and systems stay yours. What is delivered under an agreement is yours to use for your business once it is paid for; I keep my pre-existing methods, templates, models and know-how, and may reuse them.
  • References. I only name you as a client or use your results on the site with your agreement.
  • Independence. I work as an independent consultant, not as your employee. I choose how the work is done, and I am free to take on other clients, so long as it doesn’t break confidentiality.
  • Third-party tools. If the work uses your tools or platforms (Braze or others), their terms apply between you and the vendor.

Liability for engagements

I do the work with the care that can be expected of a professional in my field. Marketing results depend on things neither of us controls, so I don’t guarantee a specific result unless the agreement says so. Unless the agreement says otherwise, I am liable only for direct loss caused by my negligence, and only up to the fees you have paid me under the agreement in question; I am not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect loss. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Law and disputes

Swedish law governs these terms and any engagement, without its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, unless the agreement chooses otherwise. Before it comes to that, write to me and let’s try to settle it.

Changes

I may update these terms, and the date at the top says when I last did. A change applies to your use of the site from that day, and doesn’t change an agreement we have already signed. If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stands.

Hi,

You opened 0 of 4 receipts, looked inside 0 of 3 programs, got 0% of the way down the page and headed for the door. Leaving is why win-back emails exist, and why this one is short.

If a flow of yours leaks, reply. I’ll tell you what I’d change first.

— Alex

P.S. One win-back, then silence. That’s the rule.
